Join us if you dare for a Spooktacular Haunted Trolley Tour of St. Petersburg! Led by Dr. Brandy Stark, founder of SPIRITS and her investigation team of paranormal, the tour takes you to well-known, as well as lesser-known haunted historical places to seek what lurks in the darkness!

The SPIRITS of St. Petersburg has been actively exploring supernatural phenomena since 1997. The team aims to create a reasonable and compassionate view of the supernatural world.

In 2022, the SPIRITS of St. Petersburg was declared the oldest continuing paranormal investigation team in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Stark and SPIRITS have completed over 400 ghostly investigations and have been featured on the Dead Files.

Sarasota Jungle Gardens is home to more than 200 native and exotic animals including birds of prey, many different species of parrots and macaws, primates, small mammals, dozens of snakes, lizards, iguanas, alligators, crocodiles and other reptiles – many of them rescued or donated – including Florida’s noted pink flamingos. All nestled within 10 acres of lush tropical landscaping connected by winding jungle trails.
The fascinating flamingos are a favorite among visitors who travel from all over the world to see the long-legged, pink-hued wading birds. The flamingos are not shy and often greet guests personally, sometimes face to face. You might catch them splashing, flapping, and strutting around. One may hand-feed them or view them strolling by. Other times, one might see the joy and thrill in a child’s first wide-eyed encounter as they interact with the flamingos, egrets, ibis, ducks, pelicans, and other wildlife just passing through.

We will start with a Galore show, an approximately 20-minute combination of three shows and includes birds, reptiles, and other wildlife. After our show you will have time to explore the 10-acre zoological gardens.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical is a jukebox musical with a book by John Logan. The musical is based on the 2001 film Moulin Rouge! directed by Baz Luhrmann and written by Luhrmann and Craig Pearce.
Moulin Rouge! is set in the Montmartre Quarter of Paris, France, during the Belle Epoque at the turn of the 20th century. The musical relates the story of Christian, a young composer, who falls in love with cabaret actress Satine, who is the star of the Moulin Rouge. Like the film, the musical's score weaves together original songs with popular music, including songs that have been written in the 17 years since the film's premiere.
At the 74th Tony Awards, Moulin Rouge! received a total of 14 nominations and won 10 awards (the most for the evening), including Best Musical. A celebration of Truth, Beauty, Freedom and — above all — Love, MOULIN ROUGE! is more than a musical — it is a state of mind.
