Information

Membership can be obtained if you are a resident of SCC or Kings Point. Must have a current CA or KP Badge. We will accept a phone photocopy of your current badge – KP photo of front and back.

Guests of current club members are permitted to sign up for specific trips when accompanied on the trip by a club member as their guest. All guests will pay an additional $5.00 fee and all other fees associated with that trip.

Trips

All trips will leave from Community Hall – check in to get your boarding pass at least 15 minutes prior to departure.  If there is a function at the Community Hall, pick up will be on the North side at the parking lot adjacent to N. Course Ln and N Pebble Beach Blvd.

Seating on Bus/Event

Please request seating with a friend when signing up for the event. We try our best to keep friends together but please understand it is sometimes hard with odd numbers in a party or if someone signs up much later than the others. Please let the office know if you are with another member.

Special Needs

We seek to accommodate the needs of all our passengers, so they can enjoy our tours.  If you require special seating, please notify the office when you sign up for the event.  Motorized scooters, electric wheelchairs and walkers are accommodated, provided they fit in the baggage compartment under the coach, and the driver is not expected to load motorized wheelchairs/scooters. To participate in any trip, you must be able to get on and off the bus by yourself.

Assigned Seating on the Bus

There are no assigned seats on the bus. You are given a Boarding Pass when you check in for your trip. This Boarding Pass is the assigned order in which you board the bus. Please return to the same seat when you board the bus to return to your home location.

Gratuities (Bus Driver)

The Bus Driver works hard to ensure that your trip is kept on schedule, the bus is clean, comfortable, and so everyone arrives safely. Your driver’s gratuities are NOT included in the price of your tour. The suggestion is $2.00 per person.

Cancellations

A reservation for a trip or event may be cancelled by the purchaser at any time. A refund will not be provided unless the trip or event has been sold out and the reservation is re-sold by the office. If a ticket has been purchased, NO Refunds are given until the TRIP IS SOLD OUT. When the ticket is re-sold by the office, you will receive a refund less the processing fee of 10%. There will be a 10% processing fee applied to all refunds unless the trip is canceled by the office.

Activity Levels

Level 1: Involves independent boarding & alighting from a motor coach to a venue.  Example: Day trip where there may be periods of standing or walking of less than 20 minutes.

Level 2: Involves independent boarding & alighting from a motor coach to a venue. Example: Day trip that requires walking on mostly level ground that is paved. Climbing an occasional flight of stairs. Multiple stops on trip: example: theatre/dinner

Level 3: Involves independent boarding & alighting from a motor coach to a venue. Walking for more than 30 minutes with stairs, uneven surfaces that are unpaved.
