Renamed Oklahoma! the musical opened on Broadway at the St. James in 1943. Set in the Oklahoma Territory in 1906, just before Oklahoma was admitted as a state. The musical dramatizes the courtship of a young farm girl named Laurey and a brash, self-assured cowboy named Curly. Their romance is complicated by another man—Jud Fry, a social outcast who works on Laurey’s aunt’s farm—who is also interested in Laurey. Featuring beloved songs like Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’ and People Will Say We’re in Love. Oklahoma is a tuneful musical full of cowboys, farmers, romance, and fearless optimism.

The Main House with timeless Mediterranean-style architecture, and collections dating from the early 20th-century all the way back to Pompeii, Vizcaya’s Main House was the jewel of a fledgling Miami. The rooms in the Main House were designed around pieces of furniture, paneling and architectural elements such as gates and fireplaces. Every object contributes to the decorative context of the room in which it resides. As such, the objects and interiors played an important role in determining the architecture of the house.
The Gardens - Vizcaya’s European-inspired gardens are among the most elaborate in the United States. Reminiscent of gardens created in seventeenth- and eighteenth-century Italy and France, the overall landscape design is conceived as a series of rooms.

A1A—The Official and Original Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show was born in 1991 when lead vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist Jeff Pike invited drummer and harmonica player Scott Nickerson, founder of the first Jimmy Buffett Parrot Head Club and Parrot Heads In Paradise, to join him in his already successful solo tribute to Jimmy Buffett.
Keepin' The Party Going Since 1992. The band won a Jimmy Buffett Sound Alike Contest for Margaritaville Records, bringing them to the attention of Jimmy Buffett and his organization. They were granted the use of the name A1A - The Official and Original Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show through Jimmy and his management. In 1993, A1A was invited to appear in Jimmy Buffett's MTV Video, 'Fruitcakes.' In 1995, Jeff Pike performed "Cheeseburger In Paradise" with Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefer Band at Lakewood Amphitheater in Atlanta, Georgia.
