“Becky’s New Car” is a play by Steven Dietz that explores themes of middle-aged longing and regret. The story revolves around Becky, who seeks excitement and ends up leading a double life, reflecting the metaphor that when a woman says she wants a new car, she means she wants a new life. Becky is offered nothing short of a new life…and the audience is offered a chance to ride shotgun in a way that most plays wouldn’t dare.

Becky’s New Car is a thoroughly original comedy with serious overtones, a devious and delightful romp down the road not taken.

The rivalry between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Boston Red Sox has been a significant part of Major League Baseball history. The rivalry intensified in 2008 with their first postseason meeting in the ALCS. Since then, both teams have won the American League (AL) East Division a combined seven times between 2008 and 2021. The rivalry is considered one of the most competitive in modern baseball, with both teams bringing their best efforts to the field. The games are often tightly contested, with both teams bringing their best efforts to the field. The competitive nature of their matchups adds to the excitement and anticipation for fans.

Hop on the Gulf Islands Ferry and enjoy a scenic ferry ride to Anna Maria Island. The Historic Bridge Street Pier in Bradenton Beach is located near the southern end of Anna Maria Island, offering easy access to all the amenities of the barrier island. Bridge Street boasts a variety of specialty boutiques and shops, delightful pubs, unique restaurants, and the beach. 

We will have a 1 ½ hour scenic ferry cruise to Anna Maria Island. Our bus will pick us up on the Island after our day of shopping and lunch (OYO).

The journey toward this historic milestone is an opportunity to pause and reflect on our nation’s past, honor the contributions of all Americans, and look ahead toward the future we want to create for the next generation and beyond. Celebrate the stars and stripes on the water with a spectacular 4th of July Fireworks Cruise! We’re off to see the Wizard. The Wizard of Oz Musical is an enchanting revision of the all-time classic. Over ten generations have grown up loving this classic tale of an enchanted land – first as a beloved children’s book, then as an iconic Hollywood film.

Featuring all the most beloved songs and moments from the 1939 classic film, brought to life onstage. Young Dorothy is swept away by a tornado from her Kansas farm to the magical land of Oz. There, she encounters a host of whimsical characters: good witches, bad witches, animals that talk, scarecrows that walk, and things magical to behold. To find her way home, she must journey along the Yellow Brick Road to see the mysterious and all-powerful Wizard in Emerald City. Along the way, she makes new friends, but must also brave many dangers, including the Wicked Witch of the West, who will stop at nothing to get her hands on Dorothy’s magical ruby slippers. To make it home safely, Dorothy must learn an important lesson: there’s no place like home.
