  • “CHRISTMAS IN THE PARK – TIFFANY COLLECTION – SCENIC BOAT TOUR”– WINTER PARK

    Each year, the Morse Museum helps launch the Holiday Season in Winter Park when it lights up Tiffany windows in Central Park. This magical evening features the ceremonial lighting of the historic Tiffany windows, accompanied by a beautiful concert from the Bach Festival Choir and Brass Ensemble.

    Join us as we begin our day on a Scenic Boat Tour.  Located on Lake Osceola, the boat tour offers an hour-long, guided cruise through three of the seven lakes and two, narrow manmade canals on the tranquil Winter Park chain. You may observe large cranes swooping waterside to snag a large fish or a lazy alligator languishing on a nearby bank. 

    Breathtaking views of opulent private homes and exquisite estates sprawling along the shores are also a key feature of the scenic cruise.

    After the tour we will have time to have DINNER (OYO) and browse the shops. Park Avenue is a shopper’s dream, with more than 140 places to shop, dine, and explore. One-of-a-kind boutiques, sidewalk cafes, elegant restaurants make this tree-lined Cobblestone street a worthwhile destination all on its own.

    The free outdoor event begins at 6:15 p.m. It's a perfect way to usher in the holiday spirit. No seating is provided.

    The 48th annual Holiday Night of Lights will magically transform St. Armands Circle with the lighting of the 60-foot Christmas tree. A family-fun holiday experience for all ages.   •  “ST. AUGUSTINE NIGHTS OF LIGHTS”    3 Days/2 Nights 

    Nights of Lights festival turns the city of St. Augustine into a dazzling holiday display! Selected by National Geographic as one of the ten

     DAY ONE

    As we begin our journey to St. Augustine, with appropriate stops along the way.

    Lunch upon arrival in St Augustine at the Sunset Grille.

    After lunch, we'll visit The Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental U.S. Built by Spain to defend its territory, this National Monument is over 327 years old and the oldest building in St. Augustine. Enjoy a self-guided tour with park rangers and historians providing information, reenactors performing cannon demonstrations, and exhibits about Spanish colonial life. During emergencies, settlers sought shelter inside the fort and used its cannons for defense. You'll also find historic markings and drawings on the coquina walls left by British and Spanish soldiers.         

     We will check in to Hampton Inn St. Augustine Hotel – Hilton for a 2-night stay. 

    Narrated Trolley Tour of The Lights of St Augustine. Get into the holiday spirit on a trolley tour of St. Augustine’s annual Nights of Lights Festival. Hop on the trolley, sit back, and enjoy the dazzling illuminated views, from more than 3 million lights, along the city’s Historic District.

    DAY TWO  

    Breakfast this morning at our hotel.

    The Whetstone Chocolates factory tour, known as St. Augustine’s “Original Chocolate Tour,” we will get a behind-the-scenes look at chocolate making, from the history of chocolate to the artisanal production process. Enjoy a four-tiered tasting of chocolates, fudge, cocoa nibs and other confections while walking through the factory and learning to distinguish the subtle characteristics of each type of chocolate.

    San Sebastian Winery tour founded in 1996 is located at 157 King Street, St. Augustine, Florida in one of Henry Flagler’s old East Coast Railway buildings located just a few blocks from historic downtown. American wine making dates back to 1562. Self-Guided Tour and Wine Tasting.

    Lunch will be on St. George Street with many restaurants and unique shops for some shopping and a quick bite to eat.

    This evening we will view the spectacular St. Augustine Nights of Lights along the bayfront aboard the Victory III and experience St. Augustine’s dazzling Nights of Lights from the water! This scenic boat tour offers a breathtaking view of millions of holiday lights illuminating the historic cityscape, creating a magical and serene experience you won’t forget. The bottom deck is covered, and the top deck is open to the air and sky.

    DAY THREE                                                                                                                

    After a hot breakfast at our hotel, we will check out and then spend the day aboard the Old Town Trolley at your own pace with on/off privileges. Visit the world-famous spring that Ponce de Leon deemed the Fountain of Youth. Explore the site of the first Mass in America at the Mission of Nombre de Dios. Experience early St. Augustine as you tour old St. Augustine Village, featuring houses from the 18th and 19th centuries.

    Old Town Trolley Tours makes stops at the Old Jail, St. Augustine History Museum, (Free admission with Trolley ticket), Potter’s Wax Museum, the Spanish Military Hospital. Visit the San Sebastian Winery; Explore Flagler College, built by Henry Morrison Flagler, and industrialist, railroad pioneer and oil magnate, who originally used the building as a hotel then known as Ponce de Leon hotel.

    Explore over 500 years of history and over 100 points of interest. You will receive a detailed map of the trolley route and the attractions found at each stop. The St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum offers an exciting and educational museum that features over 800 authentic artifacts celebrating the history of piracy, both factual and fictional, from the 1600’s through present day.

    The 21 stops make it convenient for guests to disembark for shopping, dining, visiting attractions and exploring the historic city on their own.                         

    End your Trolly Tour at St. George Street with many restaurants and unique shops for some shopping and a bite to eat before heading for home.

  • “OKLAHOMA” – Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre Ft Myers

    The first musical written by the duo Rodgers and Hammerstein. The musical is based on Lynn Riggs' play Green Grow the Lilacs, which appeared on Broadway in 1931. Originally titled Away We Go! Renamed Oklahoma! the musical opened on Broadway at the St. James in 1943. Set in the Oklahoma Territory in 1906, just before Oklahoma was admitted as a state. The musical dramatizes the courtship of a young farm girl named Laurey and a brash, self-assured cowboy named Curly. Their romance is complicated by another man—Jud Fry, a social outcast who works on Laurey’s aunt’s farm—who is also interested in Laurey.
