“ATLANTA GA” – “A CITY OF THE FUTURE WITH STRONG TIES TO IT’S PAST. ”

With its rich history, cultural attractions, and posh shopping malls, it’s no wonder Atlanta is one of the most popular destinations in the southeast. A popular, bustling city with glittering skylines, it is also a city in the forest, dotted with expansive green spaces and charming neighborhoods. Discover hidden gems around every corner, including diverse dining, top attractions, incredible arts and entertainment. 

DAY ONE

Our adventure begins as we make our way to Atlanta GA! We will make a lunch stop (OYO) as we travel to our hotel. After our late afternoon arrival and check in, for a four-night stay at Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta. The Drury Inns offer an incredible array of amenities including refreshments upon arrival, in-room coffee, hot and cold breakfast, evening beverages and the FREE 5:30 KICKBACK! The Kickback menu changes daily and includes salad and a different soup or chili is offered nightly along with different hot items from Alfredo Penne Pasta, BBQ sliders, potatoes, mac & cheese, hot dog & bun, mixed vegetables, Chips, Salsa & Nacho Cheese and more.

DAY TWO 

Enjoy your Drury Inn & Suites breakfast buffet this morning. We will start our day at the Georgia Aquarium, where incredible bottlenose dolphins and playful California sea lions await! The largest aquarium in the US and the sixth largest in the world, with hundreds of species and thousands of animals across seven galleries. It features a 6.3 million US gallon whale shark exhibit, as well as beluga whales.

Lunch at Margaritaville Restaurant. Get ready to escape to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, located at Centennial Park surrounded by Atlanta’s most popular attractions and a fantastic view of Centennial Olympic Park.

• After lunch we will tour the World of Coca Cola. Here you will get to revisit some of our most historic items, including the original distinct script, iconic Contour bottle, Coca Cola Polar Bear, Santa Claus, and famous taglines used throughout the years! Scent Discovery exhibit at World of Coca Cola invites you to explore the world of aroma and uncover new flavor journeys through a captivating, sensory experience. You’ll explore over a dozen exotic aromas. Discover how your favorite scents align with Coca Cola’s diverse flavors, offering you a new way to experience Coca Cola beverages. Step into Taste It, an exhibit at World of Coca Cola that invites guests to experience Coca Cola’s global flavors in one unforgettable adventure. Here, guests can sample over 100+ beverages from the Coca Cola family, each representing a different part of the world and offering a taste of local flavor preferences and culture.

Return to the hotel for the 5:30 Kickback evening reception. Buffet of hot foods, unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Relax and have a drink with friends.

DAY THREE

Enjoy a Hot breakfast buffet at our hotel before we start our day. Our first stop will be the Margaret Mitchell House, one of the most popular stories in American history has roots in a tiny apartment in Midtown Atlanta. We we will visit the apartment, now a museum on the National Register of Historic Places, where Margaret Mitchell wrote her Pulitzer Prize-winning novel “Gone With the Wind”, a book that shaped the myth of the Old South. We explore the complex issues raised by Gone With the Wind and by Mitchell’s life as well as the popularity along with criticism of the book and film. An adjacent building houses a Making of the Movie exhibit with exceptional items such as photos from Gone with the Wind’s 1939 Atlanta movie premiere; the portrait of Scarlett O’Hara hanging in the Butler Mansion in the film; and pieces of the original Hollywood movie set.

• Lunch today will be at Swan Coach House – an Atlanta landmark. This restored house is home to an upscale restaurant, a fine arts gallery, and gift shop. The Swan Coach House Gallery features works by Southern artists, 19th-century European and American paintings, and contemporary art reflecting Atlanta's artistic tradition. The gift shop offers decorative accessories, porcelains, silver, antiques, and other small gift items. A must-visit for a taste of Southern charm and luxury.

• We will end our day at the Atlanta History Center featuring Cyclorama: The Big Picture, the fully restored Cyclorama painting, The Battle of Atlanta. At the centerpiece of this new multi-media experience is a 138-year-old hand-painted work of art that stands 49 feet tall, is longer than a football field, and weighs 10,000 pounds. This painting is one of only two cycloramas in the United States—the other being the Battle of Gettysburg cyclorama —making Atlanta home to one of America’s largest historic treasures. This 33-acre experience features award-winning exhibitions, historic gardens and houses, including Swan House, often described as "eclectic," the Swan House features an amalgamation of several different architectural styles. Smith Farm is a small plantation or farmhouse, built c. 1840 by Robert and Elizabeth Smith. It is Atlanta's oldest surviving farmhouse. and Wood Family Cabin. Atlanta History Center holds one of the largest collections of Civil War artifacts in the United States.

• Return to the hotel for the 5:30 Kickback evening reception. Buffet of hot foods, unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Relax and unwind from the day with a drink with friends.

DAY FOUR

After our hot breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for another full day in Atlanta

• The Jimmy Carter Library & Museum. Experience “A Day in the Life of the President,” step into a replica of the Oval Office or take a virtual trip with the Carters to fight disease and promote democracy around the world. Beautiful Gardens: Take a stroll around the gardens. There are sculptures, beautiful plantings, plus amazing views of the Atlanta skyline from the pond.

• Lunch at Mary Mac’s Tea Room. Enjoy authentic Southern food with genuine hospitality at Mary Mac's, serving Atlanta since 1945.

• Our last stop on our Atlanta GA trip will be The Peachtree Trolley, this 90-minute narrated trolley tour offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and fun. As you glide through the city’s vibrant streets, our knowledgeable guides will share captivating stories and insights about Atlanta’s past and present

• Return to the hotel for the 5:30 Kickback evening reception. Buffet of hot foods, unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Relax and have a drink with friends.

DAY FIVE

• After a good night’s sleep and a deluxe hot breakfast buffet at our hotel and check out, we will start our journey back home!

“BILTMORE ESTATE & DOLLY’S STAMPEDE AT CHRISTMAS”

Welcome the holiday season in style with Christmas at Biltmore Estate. Across the grounds of Biltmore, you’ll find over 100 hand-decorated Christmas trees. The centerpiece, a 30+-foot-tall Fraser fir located in the Banquet Hall, requires about 50 staff members to carry in, raise, and secure. The more than 25,000 ornaments and 100,000 holiday lights twinkling throughout the Estate. Each year, Christmas at Biltmore has a different theme and different color scheme, ensuring that every holiday season at Biltmore is unique. Enjoy a four-course feast and a spectacular show of trick riding, aerial acrobatics, and patriotic music at Dolly Parton's Stampede.

DAY ONE

• Our adventure begins as we make our way to Ashville, NC with lunch stop (OYO). Our first night will be at the Drury Plaza Hotel, Pooler, GA for a one-night stay, where we will have a relaxing evening and enjoy the Drury Inns KICKBACK! DAY TWO

• Enjoy a delicious breakfast. Today we will be traveling to Asheville, NC, where we will check into our hotel, the Hampton Inn, for a one-night stay.

• Candlelight Christmas Dinner at Stable Café –
we head directly to the Biltmore Estate. We start with a Victorian
holiday dinner at the Stable Café then head to the Biltmore House
or a candlelit tour.

• Biltmore Candlelight Evening Tour - Biltmore captures the magic of the holidays with grandeur, style and sheer wonder with more than 40 trees decorated by their talented staff, plus miles of ribbon and garland. Candlelight, firelight, dramatic outdoor illuminations, live music and entertainment accent the extravagant holiday decor of Biltmore House, creating an evening to remember.

DAY THREE

• Biltmore Estate & King Tut - Following breakfast this morning, we will visit Biltmore Estate. America’s largest privately owned home and cross the threshold into a world of beauty virtually unchanged for more than a century. Savor a self-guided visit to Biltmore House exploring grand spaces filled with masterpieces of art and stunning antiques. We will also tour Biltmore Estate’s “Tutankhamun: His Tomb and His Treasures” The exhibition showcases true-to-life, expertly crafted artifact replicas of King Tutankhamun's, King Tut's, tomb and other treasures. A boxed lunch is included.

• Welcome to Pigeon Forge, TN. our next destination. Upon arrival we will check into the new Drury Plaza Hotel for a two-night stay.

• Array Variety Christmas Show - This evening, after a quick bite at the hotel, we will enjoy a Christmas extravaganza at the Array Variety Show. Experience the talents of world-class vocalists and they serenade you with beloved Christmas classics and enchanting new favorites. Be mesmerized by the captivating Yuletide dancers. Array variety show is a symphony of sights and sounds that will warm your heart and leave you filled with the spirit of the season.

DAY FOUR

• The Patty Waszak Morning Show After breakfast, depart from the hotel for the Red Skelton Tribute Theater and enjoy the Patty Waszak Morning Show. The Patty Waszak show is, “the longest running morning show in Pigeon Forge, featuring a wide variety of music including big band favorites, polkas, 50s and 60s rock 'n' roll, country music, 70s disco, show tunes, patriotic, hits of the 80s, 90s, current hits ethnic melodies, audience participation, sing-a-long, and music trivia and whole lot of comedy.

• Free Time at The Island with 23 acres of entertainment and over 80 shops, restaurants and attractions. Lunch on your own.

• The Incredible Christmas Place - Visit the Incredible Christmas Place, the South's largest Christmas shopping village. As the premier destination for Christmas gifts and collectibles, guests experience the spirit of Christmas with every visit to the store, delighting in displays of over 60 designer-themed Christmas Trees, a wide selection of novelty and traditional Christmas Lights, hundreds of Personalized Ornaments, and a good place to get that special ornament for a friend or grandchild!

• Dolly's Stampede Dinner & Christmas Show Dinner this evening is a four-course feast at Dolly Parton's Stampede. The holiday festivities get playful as Elves from the North Pole & South Pole compete in a friendly rivalry while your festive dinner is served. Snow falls softly as the breathtaking scenes fill you with tidings of good cheer. The Stampede arena is magically transformed into a true fantasy land complete with twinkling lights, evergreens, poinsettias, old-fashioned holiday costumes and familiar holiday music. You'll also love the live nativity; it is both dramatic and spectacular. The true meaning of Christmas comes alive right before your very eyes as three kings ride atop camels on their way to Bethlehem. DAY FIVE

• After a good night’s sleep and a deluxe hot breakfast buffet provided by our hotel, we will begin traveling to Chattanooga, TN

• Southern Belle Riverboat - Lunch Cruise we will arrive in Chattanooga for a Fall Foliage Lunch Cruise. Cruise the Grand Canyon of The Tennessee River & See One Of Nature's Most Magnificent Wonders Dressed In All Of Its Fall Splendor.

• Tonight’s stop will be at the Drury Inn & Suites, Atlanta, GA for a one-night stay. Enjoy the Drury Inns KICKBACK!
