What comes to mind when a father, his son, and his three high school classmates get together and form a show?  For starters, you can say a diverse recipe of hilarious personal stories, a vast repertoire of songs spanning all genres and decades, and one family's journey together through life and music. The Bronx Wanderers pride themselves on being one of the only shows able to entertain audiences of all ages in one sweeping musical tour deforce. They've had a top 5 show in Las Vegas for nearly ten years out, were winners of 12 Best of Las Vegas awards, currently have a residency at the South Point Hotel and Casino and were inducted into the East Coast Music Hall of Fame. In 2022, they were awarded the Best Tribute Show by Las Vegas Weekly. The chemistry and energy they exert show after show proves they are still having the time of their lives on stage 20 years later and you will too.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Members and GRAMMY® Lifetime Achievement winners The Temptations and The Four Tops return to Ruth Eckerd Hall for a night of classic Motown hits, harmonies, flashy wardrobes, and original choreography!

The Temptations, often referred to as American music royalty, are world-renowned superstars of entertainment, revered for their phenomenal catalog of music and prolific career. Their concerts include fan favorites such as My Girl, Just My Imagination (Running Away with Me), Ain’t Too Proud to Beg, Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone, and more. The Temptations have 16 No. 1 R&B chart albums, 44 Top 10 R&B chart hits, including 14 No. 1 R&B singles, plus four No. 1 Hot 100 singles.

The Four Tops have been thrilling audiences with their infectious blend of pure vocal power and sweet harmonies since 1954. Their songs, soulful and bittersweet, were across-the-board successes. I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch), a No. 1 R&B and Pop smash in 1965, is one of Motown’s longest-running chart toppers; it was quickly followed by a longtime favorite, It’s the Same Old Song. Other Tops hits from the decade included Ask the Lonely, Shake Me, Wake Me (When It’s Over), Something About You, You Keep Running Away, 7-Rooms of Gloom and their covers of Walk Away Renee and If I Were a Carpenter.

Love, Lies & the Lottery, written by Jim Hesselman, is a delightful farce rife with multiple doors, mistaken identities, and ill-conceived plots. Throughout the production we meet Peter, an exterminator, who is holding out hope for a reconciliation with his soon-to-be ex-wife Rachel, and his eighty-two-year-old mother Beatrice, who lives with him, has a deep dislike of Rachel, an intense need to protect her son, an addiction to home shopping television, and a serious romance with eighty-seven-year-old Alfred. The audience also meets the ex-wife Rachel and Peter's best friend Martin. One of the most creative aspects of this show is that when Peter, Beatrice, and Martin watch the TV, the TV personalities, such as the news anchor, the host of the home shopping network, and the psychics of the psychic hotline, are seen onstage. All these characters come together in wacky ways when they discover that Peter has a lottery ticket worth over five hundred million dollars. Neil Berg’s “100 Years of Hollywood” is a musical revue that celebrates the greatest moments from musicals and classic films of the century.  The show features the actual stars of hit Broadway shows, such as The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Evita, Fiddler on the Roof, CATS, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Wonderful Town.
