  • “FAME THE MUSICAL” – Manatee Performing Arts Center – Bradenton

    Fame the Musical follows the highs and lows of the final class of New York City's illustrious High School for the Performing Arts from their first year in 1980 to their graduation in 1984. It tells the story of several of the students, depicting their struggles, triumphs and tempestuous relationships with sincerity and dramatic effect. We see their struggles with ambition, fame, and self-confidence through the eyes of students such as Carmen, the ambitious dancer obsessed with fame, serious actor Nick, overweight dancer Mabel, and the talented dancer Tyrone, who struggles desperately with dyslexia. The show does not shy away from complex issues, such as racial prejudice, drug abuse, and sexual exploitation, as the young performers explore the realities of striving for a career in show business.

    Fame the Musical  provides a unique opportunity to display a diverse range of talents on one stage, including dancing, singing, acting, rapping and musicianship.

  • “THE ART OF BANKSY” – The Straz Center – Tampa – BRANDON EXCHANGE (TOWN CENTER MALL) (OYO)

    The exhibit features iconic works such as “Girl and Balloon” and “Rude Copper” alongside some of Banksy’s lesser-known masterpieces. Guests will experience a global exclusive – the original “Flower Thrower.” This original piece was created in 1997 as a gift for Banksy’s then girlfriend, Leonie Laws, whose exclusively filmed testimonial will also be presented. Visitors in Tampa will also experience a signed, previously unseen work: Banksy’s “Mona Lisa.” Originally purchased directly from Banksy by actor Brad Pitt for his private collection, the artwork was returned to Banksy in 2022, who transformed it into a new piece, now on public display in the United States of America for the first time.
