  • “MYRTLE BEACH, SC” – 6 Days/5 Nights

    Stretching along 60 miles of sun-kissed South Carolina shoreline, known as the Grand Strand, is home to high-rise hotels, resorts, oceanfront condos, and vacation rentals. Myrtle Beach is best known as a destination with top-quality accommodations, ample entertainment options, and stunning natural beauty.     DAY ONE

    DAY TWO 

    • Enjoy a delicious breakfast. Today we will continue traveling to Myrtle Beach, SC, where we will check into the Sea Watch Resort, for a three-night stay.
    • Sea Watch Resort With its two glorious towers overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Sea Watch Resort awaits to present you with a Myrtle Beach resort vacation paradise. Enjoy an Oceanfront 1 Bedroom with 2 beds, living room, kitchenette, 1 bath and private balcony with a direct view of the ocean. Jump in and make a splash on your vacation in one of our six oceanfront pools! Then grab a tube and float away in one of our two 225' lazy rivers.
    • Brookgreen Garden’s w/boxed lunch –upon arrival a boxed lunch will be served. We will then learn about the tidal creeks, the surrounding land, and the significant history of the colonial rice plantations that once comprised Brookgreen Gardens. Stroll through the gardens and learn the history of Brookgreen Gardens, as well as the sculpture of Anna Hyatt Huntington and other notable sculptors.
    • Dinner tonight at the Resort.

    DAY THREE

    Breakfast at the Resort this morning.

    • Barefoot Landing is a unique combination of specialty stores, tasty restaurants and eateries. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as you walk around the shops along the creeks and waterway at Barefoot Landing. The complex houses everything from jewelry stores and trendy boutiques to a store dedicated to all things Beef Jerky and another one for purple. Lunch on your own.
    • Dinner this evening at The Original Benjamin’s Calabash Seafood Buffet Step inside and enjoy not just incredible food but a true nautical dining adventure. Known as the best Myrtle Beach seafood buffet, our landmark restaurant introduced the Grand Strand to authentic Calabash-style seafood — lightly battered, perfectly fried, and served with Southern hospitality.
    • The Alabama Theatre in Myrtle Beach - ICONIC, is a groundbreaking production show that takes center stage, both on the ground and in the air. This innovative family friendly show boasts mesmerizing visual elements, featuring a state-of-the-art video wall that stands as a unique spectacle along the Grand Strand. ICONIC offers a diverse musical journey, including unforgettable melodies, comedy, chart-topping Country hits, timeless Classic Rock anthems, Broadway classics, and powerful Pop ballads. Notably, ICONIC also pays tribute to the coastal vibe, celebrating the beauty of being at the beach.

    DAY FOUR

      • Breakfast at the Resort this morning.
      • The Barefoot Queen Riverboat Cruise - North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand of South Carolina is rich in history and known for its beautiful waterways and is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views, music, cocktails, and fun. A 70 ft. authentic wooden riverboat featuring two heated/cooled interior decks and three outdoor deck spaces to enjoy fresh air. On board entertainment and narration are also included on each cruise. The lunch consists of a sandwich, chips, cookie and drink. 
      • Free Time at the Resort
      • Polynesian Fire Luau - Come & enjoy our warm hospitality, flavorful buffet, live music, dance & fire! Your trip begins with a lei greeting from our performers. Then enjoy a buffet dinner accompanied with live music by our Polynesian band! After dinner, the show which highlights songs and dances from the different Polynesian cultures of Hawaii, Tahiti, Tonga, New Zealand and Samoa, begins. The night ends with an amazing performance by our World Champion Samoan Fire Knife Team!

      DAY FIVE                                                                            

      • After a good night’s sleep and a hot breakfast, we will check out of our resort.
      • Hopsewee Plantation Tour & Lunch - Built circa 1740, some 40 years before the American Revolutionary War, Hopsewee Plantation was one of the South’s major rice plantations. It’s also the birthplace of Thomas Lynch, Jr., one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. The house is furnished with 18th and 19th century antiques, has much of the original woodwork and glass. Now privately owned, the tour of this National Historic Landmark includes stories of the patriots and planters who owned Hopsewee and the enslaved people who worked and lived at Hopsewee.
      • River Oak Cottage Tea Room at Hopsewee - The newest jewel on this gracious property is the River Oak Cottage.Named one of the state’s top tearooms, its English tea service is flavored with Hopsewee’s southern charm along with a delectable assortment of sweet and savory treats.
      • Tonight’s stop will be at the Drury Inn & Suites, for a one-night stay. Enjoy the Drury Inns KICKBACK! The Kickback menu changes daily and includes salad and a different soup or chili is offered nightly along with different hot items from Alfredo Penne Pasta, BBQ sliders, potatoes, mac & cheese, hot dog & bun, mixed vegetables, Chips, Salsa & Nacho Cheese and more.

      • After breakfast, we will continue traveling home with fond memories of Myrtle Beach. Appropriate stops along the way.

      • Ryman Auditorium Enjoy a Self-Guided Tour of the Ryman Auditorium and learn the history of this famous building. Known as the “Mother Church of Country Music,” the Ryman Auditorium has been one of the country’s premiere concert venues for more than 100 years. Established in 1892 as the Union Gospel Tabernacle, Ryman Auditorium is a National Historic Landmark and a must see for any Nashville visitor.
      • Three Nights Lodging - Nashville, TN

      • Country Music Hall Of Fame Tour - Visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, the keeper of priceless Country Music Treasures. Your self-guided tour is a walk through history, one that leads you from the earliest folk traditions to the music that thrills millions of fans today. Every tour ends in the Hall of Fame Rotunda, the never-ending circle, and storied home of the inductees.
      • Dinner at Ole Red's Nashville Get your Honky Tonk on as we pull into town for dinner at one of Nashville’s newest restaurants and music venues. In the heart of Downtown Nashville, Ole Red is inspired by Opry member Blake Shelton’s clever, irreverent song about the Warden's dog, “Ol’ Red.

      DAY FOUR

      • Gaylord Opryland Resort - ICE! Is back (theme to be announced at a later date) an indoor winter wonderland kept at a chilly 9 degrees. The larger-than-life frozen showcase features hand-carved ice sculptures, precisely crafted into vivid, floor-to-ceiling scenes from treasured Christmas classics. The walk-through masterpiece is a breathtaking display of artistry and imagination, transporting visitors of all ages into the season's most memorable stories.
      • Lunch on Own - Enjoy lunch on your own at one of Opryland Resort restaurants.
      • The Johnny Cash Museum - The Johnny Cash Museum opened in May 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee, to honor the life and music of the country superstar often referred to as the "Man in Black." It houses the world's largest collection of Johnny Cash memorabilia and artifacts, including a stone wall taken from his lake house in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and is officially authorized by Cash's estate.
      • Return to Hotel Dinner at Hotel - KICKBACK! Each Opry show features an array of performances by new stars, superstars and legends of country music as well as great bluegrass, comedy and more.

      • Depart - This morning we will depart Nashville and travel to Memphis for afternoon touring at Graceland
      • Lunch at Graceland - Your Graceland experience begins with lunch at one of the estate’s inviting restaurants. Choose from Vernon’s Smokehouse, where slow smoked Southern barbecue takes center stage, or Gladys’ Diner, a nostalgic 1950s-inspired spot serving burgers, fries, and hand-spun milkshakes. It’s the perfect way to fuel up before your tour.
      • Elvis Experience Tour - Today is your tour of Graceland. This one-of-a-kind experience will lead you on Elvis’s fascinating journey to superstardom. You will experience the cultural changes that led to the birth of Rock ‘n’ Roll and see, first-hand, how Elvis became the most celebrated entertainer in the world.
      • Check in at the Drury Inn Memphis South for a one-night stay. Dinner tonight will be at the hotel. KICKBACK!       • Memphis MoJo Tour & Sun Studios Today your tour includes all the sights and fun of a Memphis Mojo Tour plus a guided tour of Sun Studio, the studio that launched the careers of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, BB King, Howlin’ Wolf, Roy Orbison…the list goes on and on! Get your photo taken at the microphone where Elvis recorded or next to Jerry Lee’s piano.

      After our tour we will start our journey back to Sun City Center.

      • Tonight’s stop will be at the Drury Inn & Suites, Montgomery, AL for a one-night stay. Enjoy the Drury Inns KICKBACK! The Kickback menu changes daily and includes salad and a different soup or chili is offered nightly along with different hot items from Alfredo Penne Pasta, BBQ sliders, potatoes, mac & cheese, hot dog & bun, mixed vegetables, Chips, Salsa & Nacho Cheese and more.

      • After breakfast, we will continue traveling home with fond memories of Nashville and Memphis, TN. Appropriate stops along the way.
