Celebrate Independence Day With A Sunset Dinner Cruise & Fireworks provided by our local community municipalities. Our cruise features a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrée from our menu, house dessert and entertainment. Entertainment is a mix of live selections and a wide variety of recorded songs to satisfy any musical request. Each party will have reserved seating.

• Chicken Marsala – Boneless breast of chicken, sautéed and finished with mushrooms in a rich Sweet Marsala wine sauce served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable

• Starlite Chicken Spinachi – Roasted breast of chicken, lightly breaded and stuffed with sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts and crumbled goat cheese, drizzled with a balsamic glaze and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable

• Vegetarian Harvest – Selection of the freshest available vegetables, served over a bed of white rice tastefully prepared and creatively presented.

• Stuffed Shrimp – Large blue water shrimp filled with lump crab and Italian herb stuffing, finished with a Cajun remoulade, and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetables

• Grilled Salmon – Grilled salmon topped with a white wine dill sauce and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetables

• Lemon Pepper Red Snapper – a roasted red snapper filet dusted with our own lemon pepper seasoning and served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetables

• Land & Sea – A pairing of our two favorites – a choice 8oz Flat Iron Steak and two stuffed shrimps served with chef’s selection of potato and seasonal vegetables

• Flat Iron Steak – Tender choice 10oz, grilled to your order and served with chef selection of potato and seasonal vegetables

• Classic Filet Mignon – Tenderloin of beef grilled to your order, complemented with a sauce béarnaise and served with chef selection of potato and seasonal vegetable

• Boneless Pork Ribeye – tender pork ribeye prepared with our own dry rub seasoning, roasted in its own juices, tastefully accented with a balsamic glaze, and served with chef’s selection of potato and seasonal vegetables

All the above dinner entrees are served with a tropical baby green salad, bread accompanied with olive oil, herbs and spices and complimentary house dessert.

In addition, wine selections and full cocktail service are available for purchase on board.

SEATING MAY BE ON THE SECOND LEVEL – NO ELEVATOR, STAIRS ONLY

Please note that firework activities are sponsored by local municipalities or are by individuals not affiliated with StarLite Cruises. It is our intent to position the vessel to watch any of these activities. Date and time for fireworks are at the municipality’s discretion and may change without notice. There are no refunds due to rain or a municipality cancelling their fireworks display.
