Our goal with this exhibition is to tell the story of studio glass from its beginnings in the early 1960s, through to the present, and to share the significant advancements and contributions made by these American artists to the overall visual dialogue of the late 20th century and early 21st century. An art movement is defined by new ways of creating works of art as well as how it pioneers a path to make an enduring historical imprint on the world of art.
You’ll embark on a journey of art, creativity, and inspiration, leaving you with lasting memories and a deeper appreciation for contemporary glass art. Join us and explore the enchanting world of glass masterpieces today!
We will have a 1 hour guided tour of the first floor then we will have time to explore the second floor on our own (elevator accessible).
LUNCH stop (OYO) after our Museum Tour at Gulfport, a small town with a big heart, offering Old Florida charm, independent shops & restaurants.
