United in Sand: Celebrating Sports & Spirit! The 2026 Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival, presented by Visit St. Pete Clearwater, proudly invites you to experience a dynamic showcase of teamwork, triumph, and tradition. This year’s Sugar Sand Walk Exhibit will highlight the unifying power of sports and the spirit that inspires generations. In addition to the main exhibit, guests will step into a special immersive tribute honoring the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the Semi quincentennial, brought to life through stunning sand art and cutting-edge projection mapping. Join us as we celebrate the champions, the dreamers, and the defining stories that shape our nation, all carved in sugar sand on Clearwater Beach.

Stroll through a 24,000 square-foot tent filled with sand sculpted art crafted by world-class sculptors using Clearwater’s internationally famous sugar sand. These aren’t sandcastles — they’re premiere works of art.

Stroll along the Pier where local vendors set up shop each day to sell crafts, plants, souvenirs and more. Browse and find something special to remember your trip by.

Our Tropics Boat Tour will take you from Clearwater Bay out Clearwater Pass on the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico (weather permitting) in search of the Sun Coast’s favorite…. the Bottlenose Dolphin.
