Selected by National Geographic as one of the ten            \n\n\n\nBEST HOLIDAY LIGHTING DISPLAYS IN THE WORLD! \n\n\n\n DAY ONE \n\n\n\nAs we begin our journey to St. Augustine\, with appropriate stops along the way. \n\n\n\nLunch upon arrival in St Augustine at the Sunset Grille. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAfter lunch\, we’ll visit The Castillo de San Marcos\, the oldest masonry fort in the continental U.S. Built by Spain to defend its territory\, this National Monument is over 327 years old and the oldest building in St. Augustine. Enjoy a self-guided tour with park rangers and historians providing information\, reenactors performing cannon demonstrations\, and exhibits about Spanish colonial life. During emergencies\, settlers sought shelter inside the fort and used its cannons for defense.
